Warp looks solid because it’s trying to make on-chain gaming actually smooth for both players and developers. The real challenge is bringing gamers in without forcing them to deal with wallets, gas, or chain setup.
If Warp can keep the gameplay fun and let the blockchain layer stay invisible, that’s a big step forward. Incentives matter, but rewards based on skill and time will last longer than pure token farming.
Beam, Ronin, and Immutable are the obvious competitors, but Warp could stand out with simpler tools and real cross-chain access. If they pull it off, they’ll be in a strong spot as more studios move on-chain.
