@AFriendOfSatan I don’t think you need to prove that you purchased from authorised seller - the UID and wallet address on the registration should be enough. Don’t give up bro keep fighting - the squeaky wheel always get the grease.

Open a discord support ticket in CUDIS and ask for the team to fix the issue - if they are unable to do so - you can claim the warrant by emailing support@cudis.xyz .

You have the ship the ring with the charger and the team will send you a new one - mine took nearly a month to receive it.

Make sure you ask the support team to compensate points for the days you missed out and they will honour it.
