@DepinDaddy hello JD! Help me understand something with the Moken tracker site
Re: You're reporting. What's the deal with DeEEP and why is it continually saying offline? Is that an issue with their unit and how it reports? I look at it locally and says fine.
Re: my Geodnet. Long story short, since changing the wallet address created an issue with my NFT, I had to update my wallet with that. So my NFT has now been correctly updated on my Geodnet dashboard and was just curious, is that why tracker was showing the OS is underperforming? I asked geodnet about it and they said to contact you guys. It would be great if somehow action items could be pointed out to clear up any shortcomings that tracker is reporting on any of the devices
Thanks
@JD I have a question. I’m looking at Moken DePIN tracker here and it says my Geodnet unit needs an NFT. I do have an NFT for it. Is that something I need to enter in manually in that device’s profile here on the DePIN Tracker or doesn’t it pull from the device itself? Is that why it is reporting “unknown” as far as performance when I get the results via email periodically? Thanks.
Update: Just learned from GEODNET that if you change your Polygon address, which I have done, then you need to move your NFT from your original wallet to your new one. I’m working on that after just finishing the ordeal of performing my Geod > SOL swap. That’s a whole other story involving my Ledger but I finally got it to work. DePIN tracker also says “OS Critical”. Who do I contact about that and what does it mean? We need more context on the reporting IMO. Thanks
@scratcher thanks for the 411 on cellhashers. The unit w 20 phones looks like the way to go but a bit out of my league right now. I worry about leaving the phones plugged in all the time. Don’t necessarily want to remove the batteries as that is a time suck. Might have to explore other options than a stadard DC powered rack to hold about 6 phones.
