It might be time to request a refund for the Bee mapper order that’s been sitting with them for over 18 months…

@mash996 You still haven’t received yours!?!?!? 18 Months so you placed at the beginning of 2024? That’s just crazy, and I saw somewhere that they aren’t even shipping the orders in sequential order as they came in. So what does friends of Ariel, influencers OG’s all get theirs before everyone else. If I order today, and then 2 weeks from now a big fleet orders, I’m guessing they would fulfill the fleet order 1st, then mine……Seriously lots of shady practices by the one and holy supreme leader Ariel. He’s a classic narcissist and so full of himself. Hivemapper is ALWAYS the best project, no other mapping project comes close to HM and provides what they provide. Such BS. I’m glad I canceled my orders in 2024 and left this project.

If I were you, I’d cancel. Already waited 18 month, probably gonna have to wait another 12 months before you get the device.

And honestly I haven’t gotten into ROVR yet, but I really want to. But I’ve made a decent amount of $$$ with NATIX. Don’t have to spend tons of $$$ on a device, just use your phone and have a good mount/setup and you can do really well.

@Centurion_2K @mash996 the out of order shipping is related to their third party warehouse company, which doesn’t really take the time to go pull the oldest orders.

There are also single people (not fleets) who place new orders for a Bee today and get it shipped immediately.

If you feel your order is being delayed vs the shipping schedules they’ve posted in their discord, then reply to your order confirmation email and ask for an update. When it gets manually reviewed and confirmed it should have been in an earlier shipping group then they generally manually process the order and get it shipped out quickly.

a project that’s dead ages ago. And will die a few more deaths along the way to the grave. Supply chain and tokenomics are so flawed it’s better to start all over again than applying band aid patches that just end up breaking more things.

i remember the days when Ariel would make bold claims of challenging the big mapping companies incl google maps. LMAO. Google had a $400M budget to begin with and earns approx. 11B from Google Maps alone. How much was last month’s Honey burn ? LOL. Someone pls tell Ariel to quit smoking whatever he’s on.

so glad i bailed early this year.

Ultimately I think high mapper will hardly move in token price even though I want it to move drastically. I've got a fat bag of it and I want to unload some of it but I'm not selling it where it's at now

For someone who doesn’t drive but still wanted to contributed to the project I found training the AI was a way I could contribute to Hivemapper, but the way they have been going about it makes be grim for the future.

You use to be able to help with many trainers, such as stop signs, traffic lights, etc now it seems to be getting less and less.

im wondering, what you Operators got for connection speed when you connecting to the ANyONE Relay and running a Speed Test?

in my Case i got a really good one = 98mb/s download (upload 34mb/s) (im from the Heart of Europe)…

In Comparaison with Tor (about 4-5mb/s) its x20 faster
