Geodnet is winning and I have no complaints about their hardware but I feel that I should at least mention their product support is lagging lately.
I’m waiting on a reply to my “yes, please send me a link to pay” email last week. It took 6 days to hear back from them initially, too. If they had replied within a couple days with a link to pay I might’ve been able to get the NFT for the hex this miner’s located in but now a new one is overtaking mine… sigh.
I have a far worse experience with ROVR so far with addressing their defective equipment, but I’m still giving them a chance to make it right before I detail that problem.
