If your ticket is customs-related, I understand how frustrating that can be, some countries do have particularly tricky import requirements. That said, we’ll do everything we can to assist and help get it sorted.

@Martin yes it is customs related. Also a question. Why did you send it in 2 different shipments. Also vIts looking like I am going to have duty taxs on it also storage fees from FedEx because this is taking way to long. I sent the original email about it on the 11th your 10th
@Cbarton1172 Hey, I don’t want to shut you down, but this forum is meant for Moken, which is not the same as Helium Deploy. We can continue our conversation here: support@heliumdeploy.io. But to answer your question, international shipments (out of Europe/Canada/US) can ship from different warehouses, hence, an order with several SKUs can be split.
Longtime Helium supporter, like back when they had their own blockchain old. It is great to see the evolution into a viable product.
The Helium phone is a great deal for the service. I like that they are pushing the envelope with the free and VLC plans as everyone needs to be connected.
