1. Record Energy Level - 100 points

2. Measure Now on Heart Rate

3. Make 5 Interactions with AI Coach

4. Play Edamame Rush for 4 Minutes. It says 3 minutes but I don’t want to short it and not get the points.

5. On a weekly basis, mint your data and get 1,000 points a week for that.

So to answer the question the best I can, I have been wearing the CUDIS for about 6 months. You wear it and get rewarded in points in the app for doing various things each day, etc. You can also mint your data into an NFT which if sold would reward you with more points. Although no one has ever bought any of my NFT’s - So I have about 30,000 points, and see that I am in like three thousandth place or something on the leaderboard; but none of that has equated into actual value for me in any way… it costs Solana every time you mint, report daily earnings, etc. - and thats a real good question on how to redeem the Crypto Asset. I havent figured out a way, let me know if you do!
