@Kitsune Can you tell me about those drops? I got a card with the watch saying the “rewards”. 3 of them listed are “Token Airdrop fukubukuro” “40K $WATCH token” and “Perpetual Airdrop Privilege.” Also did you get your watch through HD?

Just wanted to do a quick update. The WatchX is ok as a watch. I’m using it with an iphone. However, It is a terrible depin device. Maybe this is due to ordering through HD. I completed the HD instructionns to claim my Future NFT but I can’t stake it. It doesnt show up in my wallet in the app but does show up on the block explorer. WatchX has said this is an IOTX issue. I have been told to be patient for a while now. I was hoping this issue would be resolved by now But I have to write this a a warning before you order one of the watches. Especially from HD. I noticed they are on sale now, I wonder why? I have not earned a single token since I’ve owned to watch.
@2etgn1asx+6a1b4da0 I purchased the watch initially because it was earning “$30/mo” in passive income according to all of our youtube friends who get to demo this stuff. I purchased it and about a week in, they stopped the tokens that were being earned daily, and have not reinitiated them since. - I believe I earned $1.20 total. There was also a massive issue getting the NFT. It turned into a fiasco, although I did get it in the end. The watch itself did all of the things a smartwatch should do, but the firmware wasnt capable of working with the Android OS yet; therefore it couldnt do anything but take and receive phone calls; could not receive notifications from any app, text message, or otherwise. This in my eyes made it nearly useless, as my $25 smartwatch I was currently wearing did all of those things.
I will say they have a good support team; there was an issue with updating firmware (mine failed and then bricked the watch) and they worked on a custom patch to get the watch back in order. I think the watch itself was/is just in early phase of trials and it was marketed as being something it was not (yet). The concept of earning passive income through activity was interesting to me, but in the end, the watch didnt end up doing that. It was just a smart watch that didnt work very well yet. But I will say the construction of the watch and other dynamics are decent. But considering I only paid $380 for my high end Android smartwatch, I ended up shelving it for now.

I have it and am not thrilled with the label of ‘Crypto Watch.’ There was a lot of weird stuff an lack of communication at the beginning. I didn’t want to live on Discord waiting for updates so I lost interest. Never earned any crypto, didn’t keep up. Maybe that’s my fault.
I do wear it all the time and use it as a watch, etc. Only needs charged occasionally. “Always on display” really drains battery but that is expected. I use the alarm and the step counter daily. It is pretty durable, I’m rough with it and it has held up. I was an early Fitbit user and never had an Apple watch but everyone in my family does.

I have it with an iPhone and I really like it, basically replaced my Apple Watch. I hear android users are not able to get notifications with it though but they are working on it. They seem a little slow to roll things out but it basically works pretty good. Waiting for them to fix a release with the App Store so I can finally get the new firmware update.

@PuNkYsHuNgRy Thank you for the response. That’s good information. Do you wear it all the time except when you sleep?
@2etgn1asx+6a1b4da0 I wear it sleeping too, you get extra points for sleeping, I only take it off to shower and charge it maybe once a week. Battery is great!

@PuNkYsHuNgRy Was also interested in this device. Wishing I pulled the trigger on it back in Jan. What are the rewards like? I know we are still waiting on TGE. You think you will get ROI?

@JAMBAJUICE Can’t say for sure but I do enjoy the device very much.

@PuNkYsHuNgRy Did you order the watch from HD and if so you were you able to claim your watch NFT?
@2etgn1asx+6a1b4da0 I think you have to join there discord for assistance with that.

Does anyone have any experience with the WatchX? How is it as a smart watch? Is it comfortable to wear? What about the rewards? My Garmin Fenix just broke so I’m thinking about the WatchX.
Update: The watch just arrived. The first Issue I’m running into right away is claiming my watch NFT. Can anyone help?
This is just one of those projects to stay clear of. I luckily made ROI on airdrops alone, but I doubt we will ever see this project achieve real success. Their docs always felt off as well as their team.
