I agree their customer support is excellent my problem got solved within few days, like you said from their end.
However i don't know is it only me or you guys are getting the same problem. My miner goes offline every now and then. I have to power it off then on for it to come online.

@djent I also had this problem with one of my miners when I received it. There is something that they will have to do on their end to remedy this. The good news is, out of all the projects, I would say that Wayru has some of the best and most responsive customer service out there. This happened when I first set up my device, and didnt seem to have any reason why it did so. I bought 3 miners at the same time and updated them all in succession. I also had an issue with a “ghost” device showing up from the process that they removed.
