@Snapps234 For helium IOT I use the helium black wallet app to claim. I believe you most likely set it up when you setup your miner I hope.
Do you mean you don’t know how to claim or just the fact your miners are not receiving many rewards?
I have had a minor (bobcat) for several years it earns. Since I stumbled across moken I have bought and deployed a couple more miners. My headache and challenge is getting my rewards off my miners. Until I learn how to do that effectively I won't buy anymore or deploy. I could use some help.
