Rewards wise some are ok, quality wise I think most are junk. I have not held a pulse yet so let’s hope it’s good quality. Nothing feels “good” like an Apple Watch/samsung one unfortunately. Reflex has got to be the worst one I have tested so far. I think Cudis might be my favourite tracker right now. (But Cudis still feels incredibly cheap to touch)
