I am leaving this feedback not because of the product itself, but because of how my concern was handled by the Pulse / HeliumDeploy team.

Issue: Wrong item delivered
Date issue was reported: Early December 2025
Last committed update from support: December 11, 2025 (promised update within the day)
Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the item delivered was not the Pulse Founder that I purchased. I promptly reported the issue, provided clear photos of what was received, and cooperated fully with support.
While the team acknowledged the mistake and explicitly stated on December 11, 2025 that an update would be provided within the day, no further action or resolution followed. Despite several follow-ups, I did not receive a concrete update, replacement shipment, or refund.
I understand that shipping errors can happen. However, what is unacceptable is the lack of follow-through, delayed communication, and failure to act after the issue was clearly identified and acknowledged.
I am sharing this experience to warn other potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this company. If an issue arises, be prepared for possible delays and weak post-sale support.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves how customer concerns—especially incorrect deliveries—are handled.
