I am in Central Canada with decent 4g, LTE and some middle aged vehicles (that are all obdii compliant).

I have used other obdii-trackers before without issue (made by Queclink) and so I felt safe taking a gamble on this one.

The activation went smoothly, I saw the voltage come up in the app etc, but that is where the experience stopped.

It can’t locate the vehicle and acts like it doesn’t have service.

I tried reaching out to support 3 different ways, all failing to work. (Including a dead discord server link)

Anyone else in Manitoba make it work?

I’m using a paid subscription.

I am about to rip it out, flash it back to a Plug5 firmware and use my own sim.
