I was denied a return because its over (14) days and they are basing that on the day I ordered Jan 5th. It did not arrive until Feb 12th. How is anyone supposed to do a return if it takes over (14) days for the product to arrive. I would have been fine with store credit, since I wanted to get an ASIC or 2 or a restocking fee etc..
This is a BS reason based on faulty logic. So now I have a $600.00 piece of gear I cant use and dont want.
Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on..
