Helium Deploy does not care about its customers. (PERIOD)
Helium Deploy apologizes for delays but won’t do anything to resolve any issue. EVERY single order I have placed has been LATE LATE LATE. Not by days or a week but by several weeks and sometimes months. Martin Lorca and Mierra Paslon have been friendly while being totally deceitful in promises made.
An order #25561-A that was placed on January 6th, 2026. NEVER received.
I have records of email communication over the past six months where promises of fulfillment of this order have been made.
On April 7th, 2026, Mierra Paslon created an order #27330-A for the same items. saying it would process faster with updated dates. LIES!
I want everyone to know how this company treats its customers. Don’t get suckered for the free items in the bundles. This company is bad, not good to deal with, not good to buy from. Of course this post will not remain up because they will hide anything that is truthful.
