I will officially say that after having these things for a few weeks, I would not recommend this project. These guys are very defensive and will roast you for anything. I don’t know how they make friends or exist in society because they are wound tight.
I won’t mention names but the main guy is a jerk (You probably know who he/she is). I had a very simple question with regard to using my mined NFT’s to cover my allocation and I thought it was safe to move off of 2 Ashlars to get 2 NFT’s.
Initially, when I posted my problem I was told that the JD needed to calm down. Then a few days later I noticed more strikes on my devices. When I followed up in a very friendly and calm manner, he/she just lectured me and went on and on. I would never attend any of their functions in person.
So yes, complaints here are duly noted.

It’s a cult of personality I guess, but the current attitude won’t get them to the next level IMO.
Taking an example like Pudgy Penguins that’s survived multiple cycles, the vibes have to be good. Simple as.
@Farkus It’s a cool project but IMO, I think they take it a bit far. It’s not like I haven’t tried to learn but there are a lot of nuances where you think it’s okay to do something then they act like you should have just known out of osmosis.
They always say to use the GPT but then when you quote the GPT they tell you not to listen as it can make mistakes.
I guess time will tell.
@DailyProfits I think I’m actually having 2nd thoughts. I probably wrote in haste which is sometimes regrettable. Maybe it’s my new attitude today but I’m a pretty forgiving person and try to see the the good and positive things. Could it have been a better start? Probably, but after I read and reread their docs I think it makes sense. Are they the most welcoming? Probably not, but I guess it’s by design. Anyway, you can take my opinions with a grain of salt :-).

I use the GPT for all my help and drafting of Discord posts if I need to post. One of my first questions got me face palms and I threw it right back.
I look at it from the angle if the little boards generate something worth cashing in, even though it’s supposed to be nothing, then all the better for me.
I’m never going to meet these people in person so I don’t care if they are rude or not. I’ll jump through the hoops.
I agree, I have cancelt my order for this. I’m not gone spend someting close to 2k in Total on this.

I thought it was cute at first but they treated me like sh!t when I spent hella time trying to earn their Miner role on Discord.
I made the mistake of trying to explain how I felt disappointed and spent a lot of time and effort but they just used that as more reasons to make fun of me. I spent over $100usd on props and almost got arrested digging the hole in Dolores Park, San Francisco.
I realized at the end of the day, all the mods and most of the people at Entropy are just major losers with nothing else going on in their lives so they put down other people online to make themselves feel better or important.
Honestly, I can’t wait to mine $130 to ROI and sell right away, fck their JD or whatever, I’ll flash that device with a different espy project asap or yeat it off the golden gate.

Entropy is being Entropy, and it is how they have always operated. They are a meme coin with no utility, they know it and advertise it as such. You join the project for some laughs…as long as you set your expectations correctly from the start then you get exactly what you expect.

I can see how it might be looked at as ART, and who likes art critics lol. I’m still in the dark about how Ashlar works, guess I’ll find out Monday when my Ashlar arrives. Not really expecting serious talk about a box that as advertised does nothing.

As a founder, he hasn’t shown strong leadership. Great leaders know how to take criticism with composure and engage the community constructively—even when emotions run high. If that’s not his strength, he should consider hiring a PR or comms person and stepping back from social media. It would probably help both him and the project.
