iGAM3

Howdy. Just got my iGAM3, I have it installed, linked to my wallet, but it is not showing g it earning like I have seen in videos, it is also showing unavailable on DePin tracker, but the unit is showing it is running. Any ideas? Current run time is 52 minutes. Thank you
