@james_4dsky Hi James, my system is showing down on the map and up in the app. Missing file per the neuron bot. tried a reinstall, did not work. worked with neuron bot extensively until it said i need remote support. Remote support is away for 14 hours. I just want some support to get this properly operational. All i get is an incomplete answer on discord, email from support telling me to read a setup guide or a bot that can’t fix the machine and told to wait 14 hours for remote support. Y’all expect us to go to discord or look through a guide or use the app or come here. So frustrated with this process. Am i getting penalized for not being up now?
