Man I wished HyFix took designing these devices seriously, the whole LNA board frying is a joke and it’s 100% on them
I really appreciate the feedback you’ve shared here. I want to be fully transparent, our current response time is nowhere near the standard we aim for (which is 1 working day max). That said, we will get back to everyone, and we’re working hard to get through the backlog, even with complex situations like the ongoing HyFix malfunction.
