XNET (XNET.COMPANY) is especially for AT&T offloading, and it is good. Heliums are also good. They cover most carriers for offloading. I don’t know about Wayru outdoor hotspot, but the indoor hotspot performance is not good. It doesn’t cover my full store either. I do have 2 wayru hotspots and a big lesser right now. It shows as an ATT passpoint even if your hotspot was not selected for offloading. That hurts very badly because their pay rate is very low (right now they are not paying a premium rate).
Upon reviewing their website, I noticed the following announcement: “Coming Soon: Powering Global 4G/5G Networks with Carrier-Grade Hardware for Operators. Built for the Experts Who Shape the Future: Network Engineers.” However, I am uncertain whether this aligns with CBRS or their website’s overall speed. Unfortunately, I was unable to thoroughly examine all the information.
