I am also unsure whether I should enter the device serial number (as it states on the input screen) or the device ID ( as stated in the video instructions). Either way, both numbers fail for me.
My device is new, been running since 15/10/2025 with 4 days of rewards showing.
@DePIN_Pete I have worked it out mate.
You enter the entire Serial number that shows in your device info in the app itself. Not the serial number from the unit. see picture There is more numbers in the serial on the app.

@daverollo thanks for the good news on your device, I am glad you got it added. How long has it been running, mine has 5 days of rewards (today 21/10)
I tried again with the serial number from my device page and it still failed with this message :-(

@DePIN_Pete I had issues getting my NFT on the dashboard to be able to stake and earn as well my unit has been running for about 5 days too. Jump into Nubila discord and raise a support ticket. Good luck mate.
@DePIN_Pete We’re seeing this issue as well on the Moken side. Looking into a fix with the Nubila team, it should be sorted out early this week. Thanks!

I am onboarding a new Nubila Marco to DePIN tracker and I get this error:-
The network did not allow us to fetch your Nubila rewards. They restrict rewards to devices that were purchased through HeliumDeploy. If you purchased through us, Nubila must add you to the authorized list. Please contact Nubila.
Is anyone else seeing this and who do I contact at Nubila?

I am having a similar issue. It has been running for over 3 days and I have rewards in my nubila app but can’t sign up to the tracker.
