Anyone pulling the trigger on one, both or neither? Helium provides some pretty steep competition here too…
@DePINBetaTester I posted a slight answer to your question and my feelings about Helium. Ultimately, Helium was prime for me when I started in October of 2024 but I never received Data Rewards from anyone else but myself. PoC rewards were better as you may know. The first day I deployed Karrier One, I have end users connecting to the Karrier One SSID automatically.
I feel uncertain for both projects given Helium is in that space for long …
But if I have to choose, I’ll give Roam a shot since those guys have
put so much efforts into their consumer-end app (I mean, you can download the Roam app and check out yourself, they even put AI Agent in it …)
they have better security guarantees w/ end-to-end encryption
