Same for me as well, still havent received my bonus points too, has been up for almost 72h now. Been using the same email for everything.
I am not sure how all these things communicate with each other. I ordered from Helium Deploy. I claimed my hex in Moken with the code I got when I ordered my device. Whenever I click show my claimed hex’s when logged into moken, it says no hex’s claimed for this email, yet my hex does show as deployed. I used the same email for everything. Also, since points have started accruing in the 4dsky app, nothing has been updated in moken. Am I alone in these things not working with each other correctly?
