@AFriendOfSatan Sorry about your bad luck. I’ve had a few issues with it tracking sleep but not with my steps. I did see a guy on discord mention his malfunctioned and support seemed to help him out. Not sure how but he was typing messages as if they fixed his problem through a ticket.

@jps_94 I've been going back and forth with support through email for the last 3 days and they're like, Oh we only honor our warranty if the ring is bought directly from us. I bought it brand new, sealed on eBay. That's bullshit. A warranty is a warranty but their not being helpful so i guess i just have to eat the $349 that i paid 6 months ago. I only onboarded the ring and started wearing it less than a month ago. I didn't see how the first airdrop was so idk if now buying the sporty ring is worth it or not.
