Warning to anyone thinking about buying a Cudis smart ring. I purchased mine in December 2024. Within six months the battery completely failed. For the last year and a half their support has been stringing me along with endless delays and ignored emails. After every single offer, I respectfully requested a full refund per their own warranty terms. Instead they kept countering with lowball bullshit offers of a rose gold ring because they didnt have my color and size. When I said no thank you, they continued to counter with $15, $30, then finally offering me an upgraded model after months of silence… by which time I had already replaced it with an Oura Ring. How about stickking to your warranty. This company does not stand behind their product. Instead of losing a sale, they rather keep profits. These things are mass produced in China at what? Cents on the dollar? So the profit margin is so high that they want to do everything they can to not issue me a refund. Save your money. Any ideas what i should do next? I already told them to not send me anything i will reject the package.
