Open a discord support ticket in CUDIS and ask for the team to fix the issue - if they are unable to do so - you can claim the warrant by emailing support@cudis.xyz .
You have the ship the ring with the charger and the team will send you a new one - mine took nearly a month to receive it.
Make sure you ask the support team to compensate points for the days you missed out and they will honour it.
Note “: There are scammers pretending to be support - DO NOT respond unless it is the direct Cudis ticket support or email from support@cudis.xyz.

I havent had any issues with mine, and the battery lasts for weeks. It certainly sounds like a technical issue with the hardware and not the software if the ring itself wont hold a charge. I have not had to deal with their customer service. Be vigilant though, and perhaps they will send you a replacement.
