@Xrave It hasnt up until this point though, both have excellent signal (I believe the ROVR uses the term “wonderful” and have had no receiving issues whatsoever. But that is a good point, and I cant say why it has not caused any issues.

@neo_belaerixx yes wonderful is the best rating you can get, but hard to say if it’s never caused an issue.

@sabakas Thanks for the information! Although, as said - I have full reception on all four satellite technologies. I cant imagine that it would be any better with it out. There are only so many satellites visable in the sky at any point in time, and as you can see in the picture, it connects to them all. It does not indicate any reception issues. So either the small antenna is doing a very good job, or its somehow receiving from inside my trunk down in a storage compartment. My purpose for installing it this way was to protect the device and avoid having a large clunky receiver exposed with wires somewhere, and it seems to work.
