I just checked HeliumGeek app and it stopped showing the Offload Carriers from my Hotspot that's in a business. Then I checked the Helium Builder’s app and it confirmed that I did not received any rewards from ATT and or T Mobile.
Anyone knows why this happend?
I’ve had this hotspot over a year and everyday I get offload carriers signals.
Please advise if anyone knows.

HeliumGeek displays the data from Nova.
So unless there is a system wide issue (no data for any hotspots), I would expect it to be about the hotspot.
In short, it means your hotspot lost the carriers if you ask me. You may like to consult Nova why the builder app’s data is off.
