Is anyone else having problems updating the Geo-Pulse firmware with an Android device? I’ve tried three different phones, but the process either times out or becomes unresponsive. When I switch to an iPhone, the update works right away.
This is the second time I’ve had to update to the latest firmware, and once again Android won’t cooperate. Pretty frustrating—wondering if others are experiencing the same issue.

I had trouble with my Samsung phone. Was successful after watching this video (side note: I found the background music to be very annoying :-( ). At about 60 seconds in, it mentions using Wi-Fi networks with special characters in their name is problematic. I was lucky enough to have access to a Wi-Fi network with no special characters. Once I changed my phone settings to use it, the firmware upgrade worked. May be worth a try for you? https://youtu.be/Amq4x2UuR_o?feature=shared
