FIP-017: Fry 3.0 Unified Token Migration has officially passed with 100% YES votes.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the discussion, reviewed the proposal, asked questions, and voted.

With FIP-017 approved, Fry Networks will move forward with the Fry 3.0 plan.

This includes:

• Creating Fry 3.0 as the unified Fry Networks token
• Running the Fry 3.0 presale before direct Fry 3.0 rewards begin
• Having FEM miners earn tFRY, fNODE, and fVPN during the transition period
• Making tFRY, fNODE, and fVPN 1:1 convertible to Fry 3.0
• Taking the final migration snapshot after the Fry 3.0 presale ends
• Moving toward one token for FEM rewards, fees, staking, DAO governance, and ecosystem utility

This is a major step toward simplifying Fry Networks after FIP-016 consolidated miners into Fry Edge Miner.
