My senor delivery date was delayed too. Seems to be a Helium Deploy issue
It would be nice if we could actually have some. I ordered in the 2nd batch, and still nothing. It seems cool, but we are missing out. Ship it!
@Treader1sorry about this experience. I will raise this in our next meeting with HD. If you ordered in batch 2, you should have received by now. Have you asked the Helium Deploy team? They are usually strong on customer service, so maybe there has been an issue/ delay.

But honestly, your most effective route is to get in contact with Helium Deploy, who should be able to tell you when you order will arrive
@james_4dsky Yes, I did ask them. They delayed, and then said they were shipping the 16th. But still nothing. Have you shipped the 2nd batch to them already?
@Treader1 yes first 2 batches have been shipped by the manufacturer, but you will need to speak to HD to find out where your order is. There may have been an issue, so please reach out to them

@james_4dsky Okay, I got confirmation today that it shipped last Thursday. It has been held up by Snowageddon, but I expect to get it in the next day or so. So excited! I can’t wait to hook it up and get started.
@james_4dsky James, I thank you for replying on here. I have my unit now, hooked up, I can see planes when I look at my unit's IP address. Now the next step was to link into the Neuron network. Which now tells me doesn’t exist, and it is now linked to a 4dsky page. I go to the 4DSKY app, and select login. Now I am not sure if my email is already registered. I try it, but don’t know password. I request for a reset, it says it sent a 6 digit code to my email. Nope. And not in spam either. So I try registering as a new sign up with the same email, and then it tells me it sent a 6 digit code as well. STill nothing. So I try to find support. It says to go to Discord. Nope, they point me to support.4dsky.com. After talking to the support bot for a bit, it says it will get live help for me. Then says 57 hours before I will get a response!! I just want this thing to work!
I ordered my boxes when they showed in stock in December now they say i wont get them till April. thats bs and can get in on early rewards. not happy
Same here. Sucks having to wait months. If its not coming for months I think selling so early just makes the situation worse. Nothing I've bought here shows up in any kind of reasonable time frame
When I bought an ashlar it took months and by the time I received it I had to buy an NFT to go with it or it was worthless. I probably wouldn't have purchased if I had known that initially, but it wasn't announced until later

Why in the world would someone want to purchase from this company. I ordered in the middle of December of 2025 and it still not have shipped and it is the 31 st of January 2026. There was no update on preparation and when I inquired they just put me into a loop af non information.
