Role Overview

• Unpaid internship with a free DePIN miner upon successful completion

• 100% remote, flexible hours; performance based on Discord ticket quality & closures

• Start now; internship concludes December 2025

Responsibilities

• Support users via Discord tickets (miner/software setup & troubleshooting)

• Answer general questions; document solutions; escalate complex/out-of-scope items

• Collaborate with community & staff moderators

• Help create support documentation and help articles

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed IT/CS/Networking (or related)

• Basic understanding of networking, cryptocurrency, and blockchain

• Strong communication and problem-solving; self-driven in remote settings
